Head - Knowledge Management ( Director Level)
Job Summary:
Head the Knowledge Management function for the firm, that offers capabilities and solutions to stakeholders across Tax, Audit and Advisory. Lead operations and delivery of knowledge management services for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise, design, develop and provide innovative KM solutions to client servicing teams.
- Work back with leaders to establish a KM strategy in alignment with their business priorities.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by means of various awareness initiatives and campaigns.
- Define metrics in line with the KM strategy; measure and communicate knowledge-sharing success regularly to the strategic leadership team.
- Lead the KM team of skilled content managers, graphic designers, and SharePoint developer to execute the knowledge agenda.
- Serve as an effective counselor and coach to the team and motivate professional development.
- Lead effective hiring, on-boarding, management, development, & retention of team members.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (Master's or higher) in Knowledge Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
Skills and Competencies:- Experience in Knowledge management, or a related role, preferably within a professional services organization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and quick learner with a proactive approach.
Experience Level:15 - 20 years of experience with a minimum 7-10 years in Knowledge Management.
