Brief of Transfer Pricing : Transfer Price is the price at which goods or services are transferred or exchanged between two or more related entities. The transfer price should reflect the economic feasibility of the transaction, ideally the price at which two unrelated parties would have entered into a transaction.

Brief of Benchmarking : Benchmarking is the study through which independent comparable companies are found out from a large pool of companies, which are similar to the tested party (or the party whose transaction profit margin are being tested) in terms of their functions and products.

Job Description :
 
1. Preparation of Transfer pricing compliance and advisory reports, undertaking benchmarking analysis on licensed databases, business proposals, articles on legal / technical matters, legal submissions, etc.

2. Assisting the Transfer Pricing leaders in the advisory services

3. Working on a variety of international compliance, research, consulting and planning issues

4. Advising foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their operations in the region

5. Drafting proposals for engagements and respecting the expectations of our clients with respect of review

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Good analytical skills and objective driven attitude

2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

3. Fluent communication (oral and written) and multi-tasking skills

4. Punctual, team player and open to learn new benchmarking databases

5. Ability to understand and analyse financial statements of Indian and Foreign companies

6. Ability to read, interpret and analyse Income Tax laws and Global transfer pricing guidelines

7. Strong command over English language to prepare Transfer pricing compliance and advisory reports, business proposals, articles on legal / technical matters, legal submissions, etc.
