Focus : Building additional Marketing capabilities

Team : Digital Marketing/Digital Social Media - Social Media Advocacy Manager - Level - Associate/Senior Associate

Responsibilities :

- Support the implementation and roll-out of the Dynamic Signal Employee Advocacy tool at Grant Thornton as the tool Administrator

- Develop a deep understanding of Dynamic Signal's technology to help create best practices for success(e.g. help create presentations, reports, playbooks, etc.)

- Play primary support role for ongoing technical questions from internal clients, escalating as needed

- Support curation of Grant Thorton and other third-party content, and distribute that content to GTemployees via the Dynamic Signal platform and to GT thought leaders via a weekly report

- Research influencers, trending topics, and the thought leader's daily social media activities to make relevant recommendations for sharable content

- Write - suggested content- posts tailored to the specific social network (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)

- Develop periodic platform reports to communicate status of project, tool usage, etc to internal teams

- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive tool implementation & value

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

- 3 + years experience supporting US-based social media execution, specifically for B to B services

- Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including outstanding persuasion and presentation skills, with the skill to communicate up and down an organization

- Passion for data, analytics and insights in the social web realm

- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work with very little guidance and direction (we are a new team!)

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail

- Ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth

- Expert in best practices for crafting social media postings, on various platforms, for optimal reach. i.e. finding hashtags, keywords, etc.

- Experience creating social listening reports using tools such as Crimson Hexagon

- Experience working with Google Analytics and building tagged links for social distribution

- Strong working knowledge using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, SlideShare, YouTube and Bitly platforms

- Strong understanding of social metrics and data

- Understanding and ability to develop social media competitive and industry analysis

- Experience creating training documents, presentations around social media

- Experience supporting a social media advocacy program and/or using a tool such as Dynamic Signal is a huge plus

- Problem-solver with ability to analyze results and create improved processes

- Comfortable learning new software platforms and user interfaces

- Quick learner; not intimidated by frequent change
