Key Responsibilities:
- Building long-term client relationships through exceptional client service including a deep understanding of the client's needs, exceptional responsiveness, and ensuring delivery of the highest quality service and work product.
- Take responsibility for managing and driving an engagement
- Should have the ability to identify opportunities and assist in generating new business.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of transactions, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Assist in the planning and marketing of client mandates, working closely with senior bankers to develop a comprehensive strategy.
- Lead the team in preparing confidential information memoranda (CIMs), financial models, management presentations, and other transaction execution materials.
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and presentations for business development
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Qualifications:
- MBA/CA with minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A advisory, private equity, or transaction advisory.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A strong understanding of the Industrials sector and its landscape is highly desirable.
