- Qualified CA/ MBA with 8-10 years of experience

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Expect to lead and deliver projects involving target interactions, team management and client interactions

2. Understand the deal rationale and client expectations, draft scope of work and formulate procedures/ analysis to address the same

3. Take care of firms policies on quality and risk matters like take on formalities, conflict checks, etc

4. Train the team on and off the project and develop the skill sets of the team in line with practice standards

5. Carry oneself professional to impress the client/ target in discussions/ presentations and enhance brand value during delivery
