TA Lead
- Involved in end to end recruitment cycle
- Have experience in recruitment in the IT sector
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements and appropriate skill sets to ensure we meet current and future resource demands
- Utilize appropriate sourcing channels effectively (Portals, advertising, networking, employee referral program)
- Monitor recruitment sourcing methods and make recommendations to improve applicant attraction
- Suggest innovative solutions to sourcing challenges
- Complete initial screening interview of potential candidates
- Prepare candidate profile for hiring managers
- Scheduling and coordinating the entire interview process
- Takes an active role in HR/Recruitment initiatives
- Work with counterparts within the HR department to present a harmonised service to the business, ensuring that deliverables are similar in content, structure, accuracy, and quality
- Willingness to learn and take up new challenges
- Ability to work independently, spontaneously with very less monitoring
- Ability to take responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Go-getter and a team player with a can-do attitude
