Job Profile :

Accounts & Costing :

- Preparing & maintaining corporate books of accounts, ledgers, trial balance sheet, fixed assets and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the statutory norms.

- Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company regarding corporate budgeted profitability by way of timely preparation of annual reports.

- Daily Approval of Cash, Bank, JV's and coordinating in the preparing and maintaining of P&L Account and Balance Sheet.

- Maintaining Bank and Parties Reconciliation Statement.

- Responsible to handle the complete planning & management activities for ensuring completion of internal, statutory and external audits within time and cost budget in adherence to the pre-defined guidelines.

- Verifying the statutory returns before submitting to the Government Offices.

- Liaising with various Government Officials related to Excise, Commercial Tax and Banks.

- Issuing of ST- 38 Inward/Outward, Sales Tax Forms- C Form/ H Form/ I Form/ J Form/ D1 & D2 Forms.

- Filing Sales Tax Returns- VAT R1 & VAT R2 along with the list LP-3, LP-4, LP-7, Lp-8, LS-2, LS-4, LS-9.

- Recording Sale/ Purchase Entries and Journal Entries.

Required only male candidates

Excellent English communication is must
