- Product management for Gradsly Platform - from concept design to execution monitoring.
- Build relationships with key trainers, institutes, universities, and industry players.
- Drive P&L responsibility & provide leadership across operations, sales, alliances, product, marketing, business management, HR, and technology
- Convene business analysis and Provide monthly assessment of product line performance in sales, margin, etc.
- Develops and presents product information and training to the sales force and key customers.
- Outlining progress on ongoing college engagements; tracking the deliverables & highlighting slippages from agreed timelines
- Participates in product strategy development, participate in industry forums
- Monitor product adoption status, educator health, and overall relationship
- Negotiates and prepares contracts for support/service.
- Drive execution strategies
- Responsible for designing training material to enhance skill development and learning.
- Assess the capacity building requirements of the organization in all Functional domains
- Build and nurture a high-performance team, positive work culture and adhere to the highest standards of governance
