JOB DESCRIPTION

The VP Business Development will be responsible to lead the sales activities and the Company’s growth plan across India. Key responsibilities include:

- Pro-actively hunt for new clients and establish communications with potential businesses;

- Close deals, achieve quarterly targets and objectives;

- Build and monitor sales pipelines of near and long term opportunities; analyse win rates;

- Orchestrate the development of strategic sales plans to accelerate growth and improve success rates;

The VP Business Development will report directly to the CEO. This is a high visibility, leadership role directly responsible for achieving the company's growth goals. 30-40% travel time (regional) is expected.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- A natural leader with strategic vision, inspiring energy, and passion for delivering great results;

- 8-12 years of Business-to-Business / Enterprise sales experience, with a track record of sales excellence; consistent over-achievement of targets. Only top candidates need apply;

- Experience with closing & handling large accounts/deals is mandatory;

- Competitive and fearless attitude;

- BA/BS degree (an MS/MBA would be advantageous);
