The Marketing Manager will be in charge of the Branding, Promotions and Marketing of the Company.

- He has to define clear strategies to reach out to maximum audience and achieve targeted footfalls.

Title: Marketing Manager

Main purpose of job :

To plan and organize the implementation of a marketing strategy to ensure the awareness of the brand resulting in targeted footfalls.

Main Responsibilities :

Create the presence of the brand amongst the target audience through a proper communication plan and thorough execution.

Work towards achieving targeted footfalls to the respective Restaurants under the company's brand.

Keep a tab on the response and results achieved through different communication and media vehicles.

Develop and execute an appropriate mix of social media activities to keep the brand alive and vibrant amongst the target audience resulting in higher following.

Conduct timely surveys to understand the customer needs and make suggestions for improvement in the communication and product strategy.

Liaison with different media agencies for roll out of the required marketing collaterals and for different marketing activities as and when required.

Tie up with food critics and respective agencies to establish the brand of Company's Restaurants .

Maintain the brand usage standards as per stated guidelines amongst all media and also at the Bar and amongst staff.

Oversee the organization of promotional activities, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and within agreed budgets, to raise the profile of the company and increase sales.

. Coordinate all marketing plans and activities with other staff in the company to ensure that everyone is aware of the execution of the brand promotions.

Develop and control the company budget for marketing promotions.

Develop and maintain a stock of promotional material for issue to company staff and customers.

- Excellent Social Media Management

Qualification : MBA Marketing

(If candidate is only BMM then the grade will be that of Officer/ Senior Officer)

Experience: 2 to 5 years preferably in hospitality or retail

CTC : 5-7 lakhs p.a. (open for deserving candidates.)
