Govindah Nutrition - Lead - Commercial Operations

Job Description:

1. Responsible for handling commercial operations for retail & consumer (D2C) sales required to work closely with field team re demand mgt, collection mgt, costing & asset mgt

2. Responsible for following up with sales team, distributors & transport for outstanding, crates to ensure timely collection of payments & asset as per terms

3. Ensuring primary & secondary sales schemes, landing rates & incentives are correctly implemented and monthly ledgers are reconciled with distributors

4. Working closely with backend customer support & operations team to track & improve D2C consumer collection, retention & consumer sale field team to improve activation metrics

5. Responsible for preparing costing, performance analysis & reporting and identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency

Candidate Profile:

1. Should have strong experience of min 3-7 years in commercial sales function preferably in FMCG or telecom industry

2. Should have experience & strong expertise in handling & coordinating with field team for daily sales operations related to demand, payment collection, retention & activation performance

3. Should be good in identification & analysis of problem areas, implementing new processes & SOP, tracking & working on improving performance & efficiency

4. Working knowledge of advanced excel based reporting is MUST

Govindah Nutrition is dairy products company focusing on building a mass premium dairy brand in central India with launch of liquid milk as well as value added milk products like dahi, lassi, chach, paneer, ghee, milk shakes, yoghurt & cheese.

The company has commissioned a fully automated dairy processing plant near Bhopal and is focusing on building the retail business initially in MP with prime focus on Bhopal & Indore cities & upcountry areas. It has also set up a D2C sales network in Indore & Bhopal for direct home delivery of milk & milk products to consumers via parlours.
