Key accountabilities and decision ownership  1. Account Coverage & account mapping for Government accounts in the assigned circle.  2. Meeting Sales DB Target on Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Basis.  3. Understand the Business, market and also competitive environment of the Government customers.  4. Ensure Government clients overall satisfaction with Organization.  5. Manage the Government environment and also put the specifications in the tender in Pre-RFP stage.  Core threshold competencies, knowledge and experience   Key performance indicators :  - Ability to engage with Senior technical and business leaders in customer organizations  - Relationship Building at all levels of Govt organization  - Interpersonal skills to manage relationship within the organizations  - Should have a strategic approach - both short term and long term.  - Should have a clear and focus on sales targets  - Ability to comprehend and position VF products at appropriate places within customer organization  Salary Range: 7 - 15 LPA
