Government Consulting Role

Inviting applications for an ambitious consulting role with the government which provides unprecedented opportunity to effect change on the ground.

The role will revolve around 3 primary aspects:

- Policy Formulation Support : Provision of evidence-based policy and legislative inputs relating to some of Government Schemes and Model legislation.

- Program Implementation Support : On-­ground support (at state and decentralized levels) with particular focus on effective solutions for last mile delivery, and provision of oversight for select set of programs/projects

- Monitoring and Evaluation : to conduct external, periodic evaluation based on ground ­level monitoring and feedback from key stakeholders

- Focus will be on fixing implementation of various government programs on the ground across the country.

- Compensation will have a fixed and variable pay structure which will reward performance and delivery and will be in line with market standards.

- We are looking for graduates from premiere institutes with an experience of atleast 2 years in consulting/banking/marketing and a special inclination in the above domains.
