Governance/Performance Management & Insights Role - EdTech

Our client is looking for someone for the role of Governance/ Performance Management & Insights who will be reporting to the Chief of Staff.

The person will be working for a well-funded EdTech firm, founded in 2011 by IITians, which is primarily interactive online tutoring platform where teachers provide school tuitions to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment that is a technology built in-house. It operates on a marketplace model for teachers, where students can browse, discover and choose to learn from an online tutor of their choice.

Responsibilities:

- Cull out insights from data and/or early warning signals

- Perform Root Cause Analysis and turn the insights into actionables

- Pick up Key organization objectives and help drive them across teams

- Unblock constraints across projects and processes

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA / Graduation from a Top tier institute

- EdTech exposure is mandatory

- 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a Top consulting firm with a CSE background

- Product + Tech experience, plus has dabbled into multiple functions such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, HR, Tech, Ops etc

- Strategic Management experience

- Rigorous and hard-working

- Excellent communication
