Bnc is hiring for Big 4 for governance framework role for Gurgaon location on contractual basis

Job Description :

1. Name and differentiate between the various chargeback models

2. Identify suitable governance principles to follow

3. Name and follow performance metrics principles (SLAs, KPIs) and designing performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs)

4. Perform process mapping and documentation in line with the leading practices

5. Produce Excel-based overviews/matrices

6. Produce well-designed PowerPoint presentations

7. Chargeback governance design and implementation

8. Hands-on operating of the chargeback process

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. MBA with 4-8 years of experience in similar role with global exposure

2. Willing to travel to Gulf region during the contract period if required

3. Immediate joiner
