Business Development (Restaurant Business) (QSR/CDR/FDR background only)
Job Purpose :
- To lead the process of identification of retail properties across India for all business models of GIPL
- Efficient execution and closure of new location expansion for all brands of GIPL.
Key Result Areas :
- Detailed research & market analysis both high-streets and malls as per network expansion plans of all GIPL brands.
- Ensure proper due diligence keeping legal involved.
- Collect necessary internal approvals for agreement
- Ensure smooth closure of contract by paying security deposit and agreement / registration is signing.
- Property handover to Project team for execution.
- Achieve number of stores per month as per the Network expansion planned by the Organization.
- Renegotiation of rent agreements with existing owners/landlords.
- Quarterly feedback of Market conditions to the Brands
- Reduce cost of operations / investment by getting other facilities. Rent free days, security deposit, marketing support.
- Responsible to open new stores with all compliance and licenses required in the location.
- Aligning with Projects, Design and marketing on all new stores.
