Learning & Development Trainer
Responsibilities:
1) Assess training needs by meeting with managers and employees, and administering surveys
2) Modify or create training materials to meet specific needs
3) Conduct in-person and online training sessions
4) Monitor training programs and make updates as necessary
5) Work with GM to address learning issues and new educational needs
6) Familiar with various training methods
7) Strong communication, leadership, writing, and record-keeping skills
8) Attend meetings to give updates on hotel performance, address guest issues, and enhance training
9) Analyze defect trends and provide recommendations for improvement
10) Facilitate problem-solving and process improvement teams
11) Verify compliance with company and brand standards through monthly audits
12) Develop and implement training programs to improve service performance
13) Use data collection methods to track and analyze defect trends
14) Incorporate guest satisfaction as a component of departmental meetings
15) Obtain feedback from customers to improve product and service quality
16) Support operational leaders in handling guest feedback and complaints
