Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Job Location : Jhandewalan - Delhi (Work from Office).

- Hiring for frontline hospitality operations, IT, other roles. .

- Tieups with colleges/NGO's.

- Sourcing candidate from job portals, campus interviews & exploring avenues to hire.

- End to End Recruitment - sourcing to onboarding.

- Creating new recruitment strategies .

- Taking Telephonic round of candidates, briefing them about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job as well as more about the company profile before sending them to the next level for interview.

- Handling the tasks of managing job offer process and negotiating salary structure.

- Taking various follow-ups of the candidates at different stages of recruitment process i.e Interview, Shortlisting, Offer made, Joining.etc

- Maintaining a complete record of interviews and new hires.

- Staying up-to-date with current recruiting methods.

Desired Candidate profile :

- 2-6 yrs experience in end to end recruitment.

- CTC Salary : 6LPA . Commensurate with experience.
