From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. As a field Marketing Manager for Apps for Work, you will have the chance to help more businesses - go Google- through scalable campaigns.  Responsibilities:  - Develop the India Google for Work marketing plan, including partners for scale.  - Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and how to best position our products in the local market.  - Manage the planning, design, and execution of the plan.  - Own marketing relationships with internal stakeholders, Sales teams and partners.  - Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to maximize marketing results.  Minimum qualifications:  - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.  Preferred qualifications:  - MBA with superb project management skills including managing external creative agencies, vendors and collaborating with teams on global projects.  - 6 years of marketing experience with excellent understanding of the B2B customer buying cycle.  - Exceptionally detail oriented with the ability to thrive in fast moving, ambiguous environments; Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management.  - Excellent written and oral communication skills with peers, management, 3rd parties, and cross-functional teams; experience managing multiple internal senior level relationships.  - Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.  - Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.  Area:  Know the user.
