We're Hiring!. Position: Google Analytics Specialist.
Location: Hyderabad, India.
Experience: 5+ Years.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Google Analytics (GA4 and Universal Analytics) across websites and mobile applications.
- Set up advanced tracking, including custom dimensions, metrics, events, and goals.
- Ensure accurate data collection and maintain data integrity.
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for efficient tag deployment.
- Analyze website and mobile app data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize website/app performance and improve user experience.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns based on GA data.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize website/app elements.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve online performance and achieve business goals.
- Provide insights into user behavior and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Analytics features and best practices.
- Communicate complex data insights to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design teams.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients and team members on Google Analytics.
- Implement and configure enhanced ecommerce tracking.
- Integrate Google Analytics with other marketing platforms (Google Ads, Google Search Console).
- Implement and manage cross domain tracking.
- Work with GA4 Exploration reports.
- Work with BigQuery exports of GA4 data.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4 and Universal Analytics).
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics features and functionalities.
- Proficiency in implementing and configuring advanced tracking.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4.
- Experience in implementing and managing Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in creating and managing tags, triggers, and variables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with API's.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug tracking implementations.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Google Analytics certifications.
Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau.
Experience with SQL and database management.
Experience with other web analytics platforms.
Experience with BigQuery.
Education:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
