Key Responsibilities :
- Creating, implementing, and optimising Google ad network campaigns, including but not limited to search, display, video, in-stream, affiliate network, discovery feed & PMax for B2C lead generation.
- Managing location-wise campaigns, researching, adding & negating search keywords, setting up prospecting & remarketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimising campaigns to maximize RoAS and improve lead quality.
- Owning & managing the paid marketing funnel through Google networks on Hubspot & Google Analytics 4.
- Implement new trends, and integrate available generative AI tools for better downstream funnel metrics.
- Run A/B tests & landing page heatmaps for better click-through rates and brief agency/in-house content & creative teams
- Run multiple bidding strategies, interest targeting, custom list creation, positioning, and lead generation tactics to find the optimum fit to get high-intent customers as leads.
- Maintain weekly performance reports, present insights to stakeholders and optimise campaigns based on business needs at different locations & offers and forecast trends as per macro and platform level events.
- Maintain high ad quality score, impression shares etc. other secondary metrics
- Synced up with other performance marketing managers & agencies to maintain consistency in offerings, brand positioning and messaging.
- Managing agency relationships and aligning multiple agency teams based in different locations.
- Maintain & verify billing, agreements & other administrative tasks on Google ad accounts.
Tools :
- Google Ads & Tag Manager: To create, manage, and analyze Google ad campaigns.
- Third-party audience or interest-based targeting tools like Vserv, etc.
- At-scale landing page creation & optimization tools including heat maps, A/B tests etc.
- Excellent with Google Sheets
- Deep knowledge of GA4
- Working knowledge of martech stacks like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc.
Ideal (Spec) Candidate Profile :
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in generating high-intent leads through Google ad campaigns for fertility, healthcare, or B2C organisations with a physical presence like real estate, automobiles etc.
- Worked at the agency as well as the brand/client side.
- Currently working closely with business teams to chase targets and deliver high-ROI campaigns.
- A marketing or computer science graduate with good analytical & communication skills.
- Has diverse interests, lived across multiple cities and understands customer needs.
- Has a knack for numbers, bordering OCD and a decent understanding of macroeconomic situations and business needs.
