Position Objective:
- Managing performance KPI based campaigns on Google platform, to achieve maximum demand generation.
- Lead a team and ensure google contribution to lead generation increase.
- Complete ownership and responsible for driving required demand, managing CAC (cost of acquired customer) for given program on Google.
- Lead Google ads delivery along with team of Google specialist.
- Analysis and present program performance insights for daily/ weekly/ monthly review. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of managers and ensure google contribution to lead generation increase to 20% of total volume
- Manage performance campaigns on, Google Search, Discovery and remarketing
- Develop campaign structure according to the programme's requirement.
- Monitor and control cost metrics like CPL, CAC under given benchmark
- Team player to work with cross functional team to get the creative, landing page according to the need
- Continuously campaign monitoring since spend goes 24/7 hr manner, optimize marketing bids and campaign strategies to maximize the ROI
- Writing ad copies for search campaigns, in-dept understanding on what type of copies works on Facebook, LinkedIn and able to modify/ write the same if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in managing performance marketing campaigns, delivering quality leads from Google
- Experience in managing team along with individual contribution
- Maintaining cost metrics like CPL/CAC.
- Excellent hands-on experience on Google search campaigns, keyword bidding, Quality score and maintaining the delivery and cost metrics together
- AdWords certified professional, Exposure on other biddable media platform like DoubleClick, DV360, Agency desk (MediaMath) preferred.
