Goodness! product range is unique & stands out differently compared to other beverages available in the market giving customers the fun & healthy choice they are looking for. The brand is currently available at all leading retail outlets in Bangalore and Hyderabad, Delhi & Gurgaon with near-term launch plans in Mumbai, Pune & Chennai. The distribution footprint includes National Retail Chains, Local Key Retail Chains, Institutional Clients including Corporates, Educational Institutes and HoReCa.

About the Role:

We believe in spreading Goodness! across Work, Travel & Play. Our focus segments are Corporates, Schools & Colleges, Travel Retail, F&B Restaurant Chains. We already have a footprint of more than 500 outlets across these segments and looking for someone to spearhead these efforts pan-India.

What we are looking for:

- Prior experience of leading Institutional / HoReCa sales for F&B brand across multiple geographies

- Experience of handling both New Business Development (identifying & cracking new channels) and nurturing the existing channels to drive month on month growth

- Demonstrated track record of managing and developing teams across geographies

- Sales Leader with a growth mindset

- 4-6 years of direct & relevant experience and great references
