Identify, pitch to and on-board Modern trade/General Trade/Institutional outlets where Goodness! beverages can be retailed.
- Meet value & volume objectives by planning and executing monthly sales targets.
- Ensure 100% fill rates to accounts by liaising with Logistics/Supply team/Distributors
- Purchase Order Management (if any)
- Work with Sales and Operations Planning team for demand forecasting
- Liaise with the Marketing team for planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and promote sales in the region.
- Manage activation for accounts either directly or through Third Party team.
- Build effective relationships with Account Owners/Managers
- Ensure 100% collections for all accounts
- Conduct periodic competitor analysis and submit reports to Sales Head
The Right Person :
- MBA
- 3 to 5 years- experience in sales function managing Modern Trade and General Trade accounts of an FMCG company
- Good business acumen, self-driven with strong interpersonal skills
- Exposure to Sales Force Automation systems is preferred
