Job Description
1. Responsibility to assist the senior members of the team in growing the top of the funnel and increasing the number of leads through various content and channels.
2. Lead Generation and Servicing: Exploring business development avenues and opportunities, engaging with potential clients and driving meetings
3. Establishing Strategic partnerships and Partnership Management: Interacting and liaising with partners to identify possible areas of collaboration through events, workshops, research and thought leadership
4. Business Development Strategy and Roadmap: Be actively involved in developing marketing strategy and roadmap for organizational growth and target achievements
5. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
6. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
7. Monitor- and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
8. Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about- our product features and their benefits.
9. Assist with conferences and summits planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.
Requirements:
1. IIT/ BITS/ SRCC + MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 2-4 years of work experience post MBA
2. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
3. Passionate about entrepreneurship and has a business mindset
4. Prior work experience in Alliances & Partnerships, Sales and Marketing roles, Strategy Consulting is preferred
