- Goodera's CSR Lifecycle Management Platform provides corporates automation and intelligence across monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement, grant making, reporting, and employee volunteering. - Additionally, Goodera enables companies to involve employees in volunteering at scale in an engaging manner while taking away the friction of sourcing volunteering opportunities, coordination and management of activities.
- Goodera Volunteer is looking for a Key account manager to manage relationships with NGO partners for offering some of the best volunteering opportunities/ experiences on a Global level for our clientele. Roles are open for Goodera's Bangalore office.
- You must possess leadership qualities to succeed in this role along with excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. The goal is to ensure that Goodera has access to the best set of volunteering opportunities across various causes and types on a Pan-India level.
Responsibilities:
New partner acquisition
- Plan and acquire new NGO partners that provide relevant volunteering and donation opportunities to Goodera in focus geographies and areas of work
- Understand NGO scope of work and define volunteering opportunities for them as required
- Competitively negotiate contracts and costs with partners to meet strategic targets
- Ensure proper due diligence is done for each NGO partner as per Goodera standards
Partner(NGO) account management:
- Develop deep and long-standing relationship with the vendors - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical
- Own the terms of business with the NGOs - inventory, standards, practices etc.
- Ensure high-share of mind from the NGOs. Build deep ties
- Make NGOs partners in driving disruptive changes for the category
- Liaise with NGO partners to source required opportunities and ensure that events happen smoothly and as per Goodera best practice standards
- Train NGO partners, as required, to increase platform adoption and self-management of all activities Customer demand matching and delivery
- Build a catalogue of opportunities as per requirement to ensure that the demand for volunteering activities is fulfilled across various focus areas, event types and locations
- Coordinate with Customer success managers and Event operations teams for managing volunteering events
- Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behaviour
Business strategy
- Identify & build growth capabilities & enablers that will drive significant growth of volunteering and giving in focus geographies. These would include optimizing the current assets and make the business future ready

Desired background:
- 2-8 years of work experience preferably in a vendor management/ external stakeholder management role
- MBA from a premium institute with excellent academic record
