Responsibilities:
- New client onboarding - platform configuration, testing and handover to KAM
- Internal and external product training (new features training to be taken up by PMs) - Managing product support desk - basic queries (non-tech)
- Managing product manuals/videos
Requirements:
- Min 1 year and max 2 years of work experience, preferably in consulting
- Has interfaced with diverse set of stakeholders
- Good with written and verbal communication

- Manage the onboarding process and build an onboarding team as the company grows
- Lead the onboarding team
