Role Description:

We are looking for an energetic and creative marketer who is eager to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on. This is an individual contributor role reporting to senior marketing manager. You will own marketing deliverables and work with multiple teams and agencies on a daily basis to deliver operational goals

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and work with content and graphic design teams/agencies to manage the Goodera social media calendar

2. Work with the design and production team/agencies to get the reviewed content translated into creative work, iterate and quality control the final output

3. Manage and deploy a budget for lead generation B2B events. Your responsibilities will include managing all event branding, collateral and more to ensure each event is a success. Additionally, you will also be responsible for tracking event success and putting together event recaps

4. Manage the successful execution of event content from ideation to presentation and coordinate pre and post-event communication

5. Engage with multiple marketing and event agencies for agreements, invoices and operational coordination

6. Collect and create marketing material such as testimonials and case studies in written, visual (static and video) format

7. Conduct extensive research on social impact as an industry and making complete use of content creation opportunities

8. Track and compile data of all social media accounts, lead gen events and volunteering events for leadership review

6. A power social media user (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube)

7. Strong command on verbal and written communication. Ad copywriting is a plus

8. Passionate executioner - never letting a detail fall through the cracks

9. Any Bachelor's/PG graduate. Mass comm/ mass media is a plus

10. 2-4 years of experience in marketing/ advertising/ PR agency/ community building

11. Works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity

12. Prior sales/ marketing experience in the enterprise or B2B domain is a plus
