Requirements:

- Proven experience creating customer-facing learning content for cloud-based software products.

- Experience creating customer-facing learning content hosted and delivered through eLearning Solutions (LMS).

- Proficient in video content production techniques and tools.

Working Mode: On-site.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain diverse learning content types, including user guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and interactive simulations.

- Develop and execute content strategies that align with organizational goals and product needs.

- Track, analyze, and report content usage, user engagement, and learning adoption metrics.

- Incorporate user experience and adoption-related feedback into learning content to improve engagement and relevance.

- Structure content in intuitive formats to enhance user experience and discoverability.

- Design and develop role-based learning paths tailored to specific job responsibilities within dental practices.

- Prioritize product features and workflows when developing learning materials to ensure seamless adoption of the software by new users.

- Optimize content for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards to maximize engagement and usability.

- Upload, organize, and maintain content across platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), websites, and content repositories.

- Review and proofread all learning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with branding guidelines.

- Use video production tools such as Clueso, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Camtasia to develop high-quality multimedia resources (e.g., graphics, videos, and interactive simulations).

- Strong Background: You have a proven track record of developing exceptional learning content for software products.

- Proficient with Tools: You are skilled in using tools like Clueso, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to create engaging and interactive content.

- Strategic Thinker: You have experience designing role-based learning paths and product-focused content strategies.

- Data-driven: You are adept at measuring learning content effectiveness and user engagement.

- User-Focused: You have experience creating product learning content for users with diverse technical backgrounds.

- US Healthcare Sector Experience: Experience in the US Healthcare sector is a plus, and exposure to the dental industry is highly desirable.
