Job Description:

- Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative packaging solutions aligned with product requirements and consumer preferences.

- Identify and evaluate packaging materials based on product specifications, cost, and sustainability goals.

- Ensure packaging designs comply with safety, labeling, and environmental regulations.

- Manage packaging projects from concept development to production implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of packaging prototypes to maintain quality standards.

- Champion sustainability initiatives by optimizing packaging materials and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Preferred Candidates:

- Proven experience in packaging design and development within the FMCG industry.

- Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Knowledge of sustainability principles and their application in packaging design is desirable.
