Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Strategize and execute customer engagement initiatives across various platforms, including social media and online portals.
E-commerce Sales Development:
- Drive e-commerce sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Branding:
- Develop and enhance brand identity and positioning in the market.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
Competition Analysis & Product Development:
- Conduct thorough competition analysis and support brand and product development initiatives.
On-ground Activations:
- Plan and execute on-ground activation events to promote brand visibility.
ATL & BTL Activities:
- Manage Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities.
Brand Management:
- Oversee brand management from pre-launch through to success.
Preferred Candidates:
- Master's degree in Marketing
- Based in Mumbai
- Experience in a consumer goods company
- Background in digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset; self-driven and proactive
- Professional and process-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage data and communication effectively
