We are looking for a talented Brand Manager with experience in within the FMCG/ consumer environment, to assist in the development, and manage the execution, of our pan-Indian brand-building and marketing activities.   The right candidate will have experience in:  - Identifying strategies and working with senior team members on the development of innovative Integrated Marketing Campaigns to create brand awareness and create/increase demand for products in-store/ in accounts.  - Executing the design and deployment of brand campaigns & consumer promotions/ new product launches.  - Conceptualizing and implementing Trade Marketing activities to increase off takes in accounts.  - Developing On-Brand content on his/ her own, for use across all social media platforms as well as the blog.  - Managing digital marketing campaigns, working with a reputable digital agency.  - Managing scheduled promotional events/ in-store sampling campaigns across India.  - Ensuring effective implementation of all sales promotions across India.  - Generating consumer insights for developing marketing strategies & plans.  - Working collaboratively with vendors (Graphic Designers, Photographers etc) and internal resources to drive superior market results.  - Proactively identifying new opportunities for the brand.  - Conceptualising and executing internal communications.  The position is based in Pune; however he / she should be open to travel.  The candidate should have exceptional Verbal & Written Communication Skills in English.   As we are a growing company, the ability to remain calm under pressure, have a sense of humor and be willing to pitch in is a must. No job is too small (or too big) for anyone in the company to do.  Creative, analytical ability, multitasking and excellent interpersonal skills a must.  Salary offered: 5 - 7 LPA
