2. Collaborated with all BU's to identify operational deficiencies and develop Lean, solution oriented, measurable training
3. Managed multiple, high priority training modules with competing deadlines across multiple geographies
4. Identified performance measures for course evaluations and business impact
5. Cultivate proper instructional strategies
Candidate Profile:
1. Has high degree of ownership and is a self-starter
2. Willing to travel
3. 3-5 years of relevant experience with preference for previous program manager experience.
4. MBA (preferred) from a reputed institute
5. Pro startup (willing to learn and adopt to new things)
6. Tech Oriented - preferably from Automotive background
7. Proficient in data visualization and presentation and have hands on experience with MS office (Excel, power point, etc)
8. Good understanding of e-commerce industry and online retail
