Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, provide areas for improvement, and implement solutions

2. Lead reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies

3. Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

4. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

5. Perform the required analysis

6. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

7. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports

8. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements

9. Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance

Requirements for Business Analyst:

1. 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst

2. Excellent logical skills

3. Inclination on the Automobile industry

4. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python - Numpy and Pandas, Tableau

5. Proficiency in SQL or Monogodb

6. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

7. Attention to accuracy and detail required
