We're looking for an energetic Recruitment Specialist focused on recruitment to help us scale our team with top talent. In this role, you'll be hands-on with the recruitment process from day one, learning everything from sourcing and screening to onboarding in a high-paced, startup environment. Working closely with the core team, you'll gain insight into agile recruitment methods and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Use various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates who align with our values and mission.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates to ensure a fit with our startup culture.
- Interview Coordination: Organize interviews and support hiring managers in conducting effective interviews in a time-sensitive startup setting.
- Onboarding Support: Participate in onboarding activities, helping new team members integrate smoothly and get up to speed quickly.
- Recruitment Process Improvements: Bring fresh ideas and support initiatives to streamline our recruitment efforts.
- Data Management: Track candidates and hiring metrics in our applicant tracking system, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- A strong interest in recruitment, especially in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently in a lean, fast-moving setup.
- Familiarity with MS Office; experience with HR tools (e.g., ATS) is a bonus.
