Manager Finance & Accounts (MBA Finance Only) JD - Manager F&A Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. - Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures. - Manage the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements. - Develop and manage budgets and forecasts. - Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management. - Develop and implement strategies for improving financial performance. - Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements. - Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals. Required Skills: - Master's degree in accounting or finance; MBA Finance preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting - Experience in managing and leading a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Auditing experience and Compliance oriented. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs - Proven experience in finance management
