We are focused on key businesses such as Investment banking, Corporate Advisory & Stressed Asset Restructuring.

We are looking forward to hire young, dynamic and agile Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager Delhi/NCR who comes with the conviction & ability to work in a fast pace environment with rewarding career opportunities.

- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated Product lines

- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psycho-graphics for his/ her assigned territory

- Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect clients for TEV and Debt Syndication.

- Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile.

- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.

- Meet and advise clients on investment banking

- Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to execution .

- Develop Goldrush capital and group companies as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

- Attractive incentives, mobility across regions (global), fast track growth and equity ownership for superior performers

- Respond to incoming e mail and Phone enquiries.
