We are looking for young dynamic finance professional to join our growing team at Mumbai

The person shall be working on debt syndication and project financing.

There will be opportunities to directly interact with MD/CEO, CFO of companies with Turnover of INR 1000 million and above.

There shall be direct opportunity to interact with most PSU banks with senior most bankers in the Head Office and Zonal Office.

One shall be involved in preparing credit appraisal report, CMA projections for bank and teaser documents.

Also company is directly involved in Private Equity consulting and M&A transactions for our select corporate customer.

The incumbent shall be directly responsible for deal origination and execution.
