GoKwik - Technical Product Manager

Who we are after

We are looking for an energetic product manager who is passionate about work and has the innate desire to make the product a success. The candidate will be responsible for working with the technical team to drive product integrations and with the product team to drive the strategic vision and product roadmap, defining and designing the product features.

The must-haves

- 3+ years of dealing with technical problems and creating solutions as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS company

- Strong customer and stakeholder empathy.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.

- Strong analytical capabilities. Should be able to understand and contextually analyse a requirement to arrive at the optimal solution

- Familiarity with agile software development practices used to build and deploy web and mobile applications

- Excellent oral and written English communication, documentation and prototyping skills

- Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations

- Experience with user behavior tracking and analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel or an equivalent

- Experience in using A/B Testing, analytics, market research, and competitive analysis to drive decision making

- Hands-on experience of using database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.

The nice-to-haves :

- 1+ years of experience in an ecommerce company

- Knowledge of emerging trends in Indian B2C e-commerce industry

- Prior experience in managing/developing CRM systems

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woocommerce etc.
