Job Description: Marketing Manager
Position: Credit Card Portfolio Manager
Location: Mumbai
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of Kiwi's portfolio. This includes driving AUR (Activation, Usage & Retention), enhancing profitability, reducing risk, and improving customer satisfaction. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution to align product offerings with market needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the credit card portfolio, focusing on Usage, and retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Activation, Activity, Engagement and Spends.
Customer Engagement & Retention:
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to increase customer engagement and reduce attrition.
- Leverage customer data to understand behavior patterns and develop tailored propositions.
- Drive loyalty programs and rewards optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Roll out offers and campaigns that boost revenue.
Market Analysis & Product Development:
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify industry trends.
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance or introduce new features.
- Ensure that products meet customer needs and align with overall business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to implement portfolio strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in credit card portfolio management, lending, consumer banking, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving portfolio growth and delivering on financial targets.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and decision-making.
- Deep understanding of the credit card market, customer lifecycle, and product economics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
