About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead growth and portfolio campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage tools like CleverTap and Jira to deliver impactful results.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, passionate about marketing, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns focused on growth and portfolio expansion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) and the design team to conceptualize and implement high-impact campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance using data-driven insights and suggest actionable improvements to enhance ROI and user engagement.
- Merchant Offers Management: Oversee merchant offers, develop, and manage the campaign calendar to ensure timely execution and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, tracking KPIs, and reporting insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and deliver consistent results.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Tools: Experience with CleverTap, Jira, and other campaign management platforms is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting abilities with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with an ability to work across teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for campaign management and continuous improvement.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing outcomes
