- Should have the passion to take the entire manufacturing process to the next level.

- Should have sound technical knowledge and latest manufacturing trends in this environment.

- Should be lean champion. Lean certification would be an advantage.

- Should have Exposure towards implementing kaizen process, TQM practices.

- Should be able to lead team of middle management and provide guidance.
