Job Description :
- Be Involved in Organization Development, talent management and performance management initiatives
- Serve as the domain expert for human capital analytics Spotting and Reporting out Trends
- Anticipates patterns and looks for beyond immediate problem to predict future issues.
- Supervise the performance appraisal process on a quarterly basis ensuring the quality of process.
- Oversees the development and implementation of core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system.
- Analyse and provide ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used to effectively manage operations, identify and manage risks, and effect organizational change.
- Support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytics - including related cost data to provide insight for effective business decision making.
- Analysing / reporting / visualizing the cause and effect of trends and anomalies
- Present relevant trends in clear, succinct reports to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business
Desired Skills and Experience :
Candidate Profile :
- 6 to 7 years with 2-3 years in a similar role
- Extensive and rich experience in : Resource Management, Workforce Planning and Resource Utilization, Forecasting, Demand & Supply management, Strategic Resource Management and Data Analytics
- MBA with specialization in HR from a Tier I business school (XLRI, IIM, SIBM, MDI, etc)
Desired Candidate profile :
- Ideally an engineer and MBA who has a flavor for data/analysis and process
- Strong analytical and numerical skills understand how individual pieces of data relate to and influence one another, spot meaningful patterns in seemingly disparate sources of data
- Advanced MS-Excel (Macros), dashboard, charting experience
- Advanced MS-Access experience, and query writing
- Statistical analysis and or programming experience a benefit
- Knowledge of visualizations tools like Qlikview, Micro Strategy and Tableau and Enterprise Data Marts like TeraData
