- Be the custodian of the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver BRDs and FRDs with prioritized features
- Break down the product roadmap into shippable components
- Create user flows based on insights gained by user surveys
- Engage with the user community to see how we can generate meaningful content
- Work with Marketing, Sales and CRM teams to provide product training
Candidate profile:
- Experience with community building and user generated content management
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager (preferably in a community management setup)
- Sharp customer focus and an ability to keep product in line with that
- At least 1 year of experience in a role in a software company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not a requirement)
- Technical background will be an added advantage but not required
- Hungry for growth, on a personal & organizational level
- Self-driven and likes to own up responsibilities
- Ability to connect disparate dots (pain points and product complaints/enhancement requests from various stakeholders) and not get influenced by noise
