Job Responsibilities:

- Ready to take full ownership of all marketing related activities and comfortable in working with fast-paced environment.

- The position will manage all aspects of current and future digital marketing strategies like SEO, SEM, Display, Social, Affiliates, Content, email marketing with a clear focus on maximizing online visibility with increased traffic and conversions.

- Coordinating marketing campaigns to attract more traders to the platform.

- Overseeing the company's marketing budget.

- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity across all digital platforms.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.

- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

- Establish best practices in digital marketing and content creation.

- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments.

- Should know basic design fundamentals and be familiar with digital content management systems.

- Effective man-manager, ability to get things done in a timely manner, without compromising on quality.

- Act as the team leader and guiding the team towards company's objectives.

Requirements:

- 5 to 7 years of proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager.

- Master's degree in marketing or business. Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will also be considered.

- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.

- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

- Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools, online marketing tools and practices

- Familiarity with web design and HTML.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and project management skills.

- Proven ability to build and execute on go-to-market strategies driving towards revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics.

- An individual with the highest levels of energy, determination, combined with excellent communication, presentation and team management skills.

- The ability to successfully collaborate and align on team and organisational objectives with cross functional stakeholders.

- Ability to operate independently and flexibly in a start-up environment which is both demanding and multicultural.

- Out of the box thinker and innovator.
