Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead creative strategies for marketing and branding initiatives.

- Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, print materials, and advertising.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative concepts with business goals.

- Manage design and production processes for campaigns, including visuals and copy.

- Ensure consistency and quality of all creative outputs.

- Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree

- 5+ years in a creative leadership role.

- Strong portfolio and proficiency in design tools.
