- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the sales team for our client in the real estate/construction industry.

- The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, sales planning, and overseeing sales operations for the assigned site.

- Additionally, this role will involve managing after-sales relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process from lead generation to customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational:

- Sales Planning: Assign sales targets to the team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

- Sales Tracking: Monitor and track sales inventory to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

- Lead Conversion: Engage with potential leads, negotiate with customers, and close sales deals.

- Lead Generation: Identify and manage new leads while exploring additional sales opportunities for the site.

- Sales Administration: Oversee after-sales relationships, input and manage customer data, and ensure smooth post-sales processes.

People Management:

- Team Leadership: Define and set work objectives for team members, balancing work allocation and responsibilities.

- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of team members' tasks and performance, providing feedback and completing performance appraisals.

- Team Building: Foster a positive team environment through engagement activities and performance-based initiatives.

Process Adherence & Improvement:

- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement within sales operations and recommend strategies for streamlining efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity.

- Guideline Adherence: Ensure compliance with company guidelines, processes, and timelines for projects.

Learning and Development:

- Self-Development: Identify personal development needs and pursue relevant training, education, and projects to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant sales experience within the real estate or construction industry.

Other Requirements:


- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.

- Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic sales initiatives.

- Proficient in sales administration and data management
