This role will focus on designing and driving initiatives that will strengthen our talent density and build for a ready to deploy leadership pipeline across levels. This role is part of the Global Centre of excellence which will partner closely with the Global MC, cross cluster Coes and HR leadership team.
Talent Management
A. Manage talent review process for GCPL globally in partnership with corporate team, senior leadership and HR stakeholders to manage identification, review, development and career actions for key cohorts.
B. Develop & execute Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for talent cohorts across clusters and build leadership capability to strengthen the succession pipeline for critical roles across levels.
Learning & Leadership Development
A. Design learning journeys for talent cohorts across levels across business clusters globally and own impactful and timely execution
B. Design and build mentoring culture in GCPL.
C. Design and manage organization wide learning inputs in partnership with Learning academy.
D. Customize and lead implementation for GILAC group-wide programs in partnership with internal stakeholders and external experts.
E. Identify ways to measure and improve effectiveness of learning interventions across clusters.
Campus Programme Management
A. Define and execute the GCPL campus strategy for GCPL, monitor and drive effective selection of campus recruits across levels
B. Lead the flagship internship & management trainee programs, curate projects and stints, coordinate reviews, engagement initiatives and learning interventions.
