Designation - Manager - Leasing

Location - Bangalore

Job Purpose:

- Responsible for assessing product requirements from potential clients, developing relationships with channel partners and leasing out office inventory

Area Detailed Tasks:

Product Analysis:

- Have a thorough understanding of the available office space and typical client requirements. Be able to collect, analyse, and provide inputs for what product will be in demand

Channel Partner Relationships:

- Initiate and nurture relationships with channel partners to build the GIAPL brand and reach out to potential clients

Leasing Inventory:

- Lease out inventory to corporate clients at proposed rate and within set timelines. This would include all activities until the client occupies the workspace

Marketing support:

- To assist in marketing, leasing, and sales activities for the building. He must be a self-motivated team member.

Educational Qualification: Masters in Business Administration

Experience:

The incumbent should have 7-9 years of experience in real estate leasing/sales.

Skills and Capabilities:

- Sharp Communication.

- Deep understanding of Real estate commercial products.

- Have familiarity with leasing documents and the ability to draft lease negotiation documents such as letters of Intent and other correspondence in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

- Having detailed updates and understanding of market.
