Godrej Properties - Manager - Learning & Development

PROGRAM MANAGER:

- Design and develop learning strategies across all environments (online and offline) that aligns with learning outcomes and maximizes learner engagement, retention and transfer

- Identify content roadmaps, using ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to rapidly design, develop and publish engaging course content and learning activities eLearning, ILT (both in person and virtual), blended learning, job aids, performance support tools, etc.

- Identify gaps, assess needs, create goals, and work backwards to develop right-sized solutions

- Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and business teams to identify goals and outcomes for learning experiences

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with subject matter experts (SME) to assist in guiding you through developing accurate and relevant content in a variety of subject areas

- Measure, evaluate and report on the effectiveness and business impact of all learning programs
